В Московской области запретят продавать вейпы подросткам
В Московской области развернули борьбу с продажей вейпов и электронных сигарет. Депутаты Московской областной думы приняли закон, который запрещает продажу подросткам электронных сигарет, вейпов и жидкостей для электронных сигарет.
«Закон призван защитить здоровье и нравственность жителей Московской области. У подростов риск развития бронхо-легочных и других заболеваний из-за курения электронных сигарет и вейпов выше, чем у взрослых», — прокомментировал председатель комитета Мособлдумы по вопросам охраны здоровья, труда и социальной политики Андрей Голубев.
Так, за продажу электронных сигарет несовершеннолетним физическим лицам предусмотрен штраф в размере 3-5 тысяч рублей, ИП – от 30 до 50 тысяч рублей, а юридическим лицам – от 100 до 150 тысяч рублей.
Напомним, что учёные давно доказали вред вейпов и электронных сигарет. Например, известно, что из-за действия этих устройств процесс заживления ран замедляется.
