Довольно часто пожилые люди страдают от проблем с памятью. Однако решить это поможет половая связь. Старикам для улучшения когнитивных функций рекомендуют почаще предаваться плотских утехам.
К таким выводам пришёл австралийский психолог Марк Аллен. Он проанализировал данные об интимной жизни и здоровье более чем шести тысяч человек, чей возраст превышал 50 лет.
В итоге психолог заявил, что секс как таковой не может улучшить память, однако он может поддерживать её на более высоком уровне. Немаловажно, что на качестве памяти также сказывается и эмоциональная связь с сексуальным партнёром.
Кстати, ранее стало известно, что на сохранение памяти влияет окружающая среда.
