Исследователи из Британии выяснили, что количество детей может сказаться на риске преждевременной смерти. Чем больше детей у женщины, тем выше риск инфаркта, инсульта или сердечной недостаточности.
Исследованием в данной области занимались научные специалисты из Кембриджа и Университета Северной Каролины. В испытаниях были задействованы более восьми тысяч женщин из Америки, чей возраст составлял от 45 до 64 лет. Оказалось, что при пяти и больше детях у женщины на 30 процентов увеличивался риск ишемической болезни сердца. Также у них была выше вероятность инсульта на 25 процентов и на 17 процентов — сердечной недостаточности.
Женщины, родившие трёх или четырёх детей, также возникала высокая вероятность больших проблем со здоровьем. Но наибольшие риски у тех, кто воспитывает пять и больше детей.
По предположениям, это связано с беременностью, во время которой сердце женщины подвергается серьёзным нагрузкам. При этом дальнейшее воспитание ребёнка приводит к сильному стрессу. По словам экспертов, люди должны знать об этом, чтобы предотвратить какие-то проблемы.
«По количеству детей легко определить, подвержена ли женщина повышенному риску сердечных заболеваний. Мы знаем, что сложно заботиться о собственном здоровье, когда у тебя дети, но надеемся, что данное исследование поможет дополнительно мотивировать женщин заботиться о нем», — говорит профессор Оливер-Уильямс.
Уточняется, что грудное вскармливание никоим образом не сказывается на сердечно-сосудистой системе женщины.
