Чайная компания провела исследование и изучила влияние пакетированного чая разных сортов на здоровье человека.
Результаты оказались неожиданными: такой напиток несёт реальную угрозу.
Сейчас в магазинах представлен широкий ассортимент сортов чая и упаковки, разумеется, отличаются и цены. В дешевом чае содержание фтора может превышать стандартную норму в шесть раз. Такое содержание данного элемента в напитке может стать причиной болезни «флюороз» и нанести вред суставам человека.
Поэтому не стоит пить более четырёх кружек пакетированного чая в течение дня, но лучше всего заменить им кофе по утрам. Кстати, добавлять в напиток молоко, мёд, сахар не рекомендует Всемирная организация здравоохранения. И самыми полезными являются зелёные сорта чая.
